The Artisans de Genève “La Montoya” Gold is a bespoke, skeletonized reimagining of the
Rolex Daytona Ref. 116508 in 18-carat yellow gold, limited to just 42 examples in honor of Juan Pablo Montoya’s racing number. This extreme modification replaces the standard gold bezel with a custom tachymeter machined from a forged carbon block and transforms the Rolex Caliber 4130 into a fully hand-beveled, open-work masterpiece. The dial features skeletonized bridges and sub-dials hand-painted in the vibrant blue, yellow, and red of the Colombian flag, while the solid yellow gold case houses a signature 21-carat gold rotor, all visible through an added transparent sapphire caseback.
