Our Online Returns Policy
It happens. Sometimes you just change your mind, or the gift you thought was going to be perfect… wasn’t. Whatever the reason, at Global Boutique we’ll refund or exchange any watch or jewellery item purchased from us subject to the terms set out below.
You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 days from receipt of the item by giving written notice via email (email@example.com) giving details of the products ordered and their order number.
If you cancel your order of the item after you have received it, you must return the item to us in an undamaged and unused condition at your expense within 14 days informing us of your cancellation. You are welcome to return the product at our store or send it in its original packaging along with any documentation and the Global Boutique seal/tag on the item to show that the item hasn’t been worn.
If you cancel your order before you have received the item, you are entitled to refuse to accept delivery of the item.
We will refund your account within 14 days of receipt of your item or your refusal to accept delivery.
Your right to return goods does not apply to goods:
- made to your specifications; or
- which have been clearly personalised (e.g. by being engraved) or
- which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
This includes for example, bracelets resized by other retailers or fitted straps, pre-owned handbags and earrings.
If you indicate on your cancellation email that you would rather receive an exchange than a refund and provided it is possible, this will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
