Selling your Hermès is easy
- Complete the short form below & submit photos of your Hermès bag, or if you prefer, visit our Boutique for an in-person valuation. If you choose to come in, we recommend you set an appointment. Call us at 0800 069 9323 to set a date and time convenient for you.
- We will be in touch with you with an initial response within 24 hours and provide you with a valuation within 48 hours. Note: If your Hermès valuation is urgent, please call us.
- If you’re happy with the valuation and would like to proceed with the sale, book an appointment in our Boutique for an inspection of the physical bag. Alternatively, you can post your bag to us. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection of your Hermès bag for final valuation is done by one of our specialists and they will provide you with a final valuation and binding offer.
Upon your decision and approval to proceed, you choose your payment method – cash transfer, part exchange or gift card. Cash payments are made via bank transfer in up to 48 hours domestically and up to 7 working days internationally.
