Welcome to our Global Boutique online sales. Global Mayfair Boutique Limited is a company registered in England and Wales referred to as Global Boutique”, “we” or “us” in these Terms of Online Sale.

When You Order

By registering or placing an order with us online you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) which shall apply to all items advertised on our globalboutique.com (the “Website”), in addition to the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully and retain a copy for future reference. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to order item/s from the Website.

By placing an order through the Website you warrant and represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and you are at least 18 years old. Our online store is available for non-commercial customers only. Large orders from the trade or consumer groups will not be accepted and we reserve the right to cancel the order.

An order placed by you is an offer and is only binding on us when we accept it. We will confirm such acceptance (if any) by sending you an email that we have received confirmation of your order, at which point a contract between us will be formed.

If you require any information concerning your order, please email us at enquiries@globalboutique.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

Price and Method of Payment

The items indicated as for sale on the Website are available for sale at the current rates indicated on the Website. These prices include VAT in the United Kingdom where applicable.

The payment service provider used is Barclays. This is a secure payment method. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage. If payment is not authorised, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Customs Duties

When ordering products from us for delivery outside of the UK, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Watches with special luxury components, such as calf, crocodile or alligator straps may fall under rare species’ local importation laws. Please check if such items may be imported into the country.


Global Boutique prides itself on offering free worldwide shipping on all orders, except if provided otherwise.

Delivery dates will vary depending on the availability of the items and where the product/s is/are being delivered to. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date provided to us by the delivery/shipping company. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as events may happen outside of our control.

Shipment in the UK

Free shipping via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with next day delivery before 1pm. Upon request, deliveries can be made before 9am. For the UK Islands, shipping may take 2 to 3 days.

International Shipment

All deliveries outside the UK are made either with FedEx, Malca Amit or as otherwise agreed.

We cannot deliver the goods to the following countries: Afghanistan; Angola; Cuba; Ethiopia; Iran; Iraq; Lebanon; Liberia; Libya; Myanmar/Burma; Nicaragua; Nigeria; North Korea; Rwanda; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sudan; Syria; Uganda; Zimbabwe; countries comprised by the former territories of USSR. This list is not exhaustive; please check with Global Boutique.

We will confirm your shipment by email along with tracking numbers and the link to the carrier’s tracking tool (where available).

We will arrange for insured delivery of the product/s while in transit to the address that you provided to us, except if agreed otherwise. The carrier will require a signature of proof of delivery from an adult aged 18 and over. If no-one is available when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time.

Title in the product/s shall remain with us until we have received cleared payment. The risk in the item is passed over when the goods are successfully delivered. The product/s will thereafter no longer be insured by Global Boutique.

Defective Goods; Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

You must inspect the goods and notify us within 7 days of delivery in writing to Global Boutique or by phone at 0800 069 9323. (office hours) of any missing, damaged or incorrect items. Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products.

The products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products, unless you wish to accept substitute goods of equivalent quality and price. Any such refund will be made to the account or credit card used to fund the original purchase.

Amendment of Orders & Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 days from receipt of the item by giving written notice by email to enquiries@globalboutique.com and providing details of the products ordered and their order number. This excludes pre-owned handbags and earrings.

If you cancel the order of your item(s) after you have received it, you must return the item(s) to us in an undamaged and unused condition at your expense within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. You are welcome to return the product to our store or send it in its original packaging along with all the documentation. Our Global Boutique seal/tag must not be broken or damaged.

Within 14 days of receipt of your item, we will reimburse your account with a full refund. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop.

If you cancel your order before you have received the item, you are entitled to refuse to accept delivery of the item and we will send a refund to your account with a refund within 14 days of your refusal to accept delivery of the item.

Please note that any refund will be made to the account or credit card used to fund the original purchase.

Your right to return goods does not apply to goods (i) made to your specification; or (ii) which have been clearly personalised (e.g. by being engraved) or (iii) which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. This includes for example bracelets resized by other retailers or fitted straps.

If you indicate on your cancellation form that you would rather receive an exchange than a refund and provided it is possible, this will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery. In these circumstances a new Contract will be deemed to have been formed between us in relation to the new product you have selected.


Save in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted under law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

The images of the items on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the items. Your items, as well as the packaging may vary slightly from those images.

Your Account

At the time of your registration on the Website, you will create a password. Please keep this secret, as you are entirely responsible for all orders placed with us or information given to us under your e-mail address in combination with your password. Any personal information or material sent to the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy sited at globalboutique.com/privacy-policy

You agree that we may communicate with you by email, by posting notices on the Website or by writing to you at your postal address and accept (without affecting your statutory rights) that such communications comply with any legal requirements for any communications to be in writing.

Our agreement shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

To the extent that any part of these conditions of use is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction such part shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms all of which shall remain in full force and effect as permitted by law.

We have the right to amend these Terms of Sale from time to time. You will be subject to the Terms of Sale in force at the time that you place on order unless any change to such terms is required by law or government authority.
