The F.P. Journe élégante 48 Titalyt® (Ref. ELT) is a contemporary masterstroke that blends high-tech materials with revolutionary electromechanical horology. While its “Flat Tortue®” case measures 40mm in width, the “48” designation refers to its 48mm lug-to-lug length, offering a commanding yet ergonomic presence on the wrist. The Grade 5 titanium case undergoes a specialized Titalyt® treatment—an electro-plasma oxidation process—which grants the metal a matte, charcoal-grey finish and enhanced surface hardness.
